Check out the white epoxy on our usual red Triac THD actuator. This will be installed on a marine terminal for cruise ships. The white epoxy is to prevent corrosion in the salt water atmosphere. Also note, we actuated someone else's valve.

CSA 3.16 certification is required for all vales used for isolation of Bio Gas, Landfill Gas (Methane), Natural Gas, Liquified Petroleum Gas, and Manufacture Gases.
Ball valves can range between ¼” and 6” and HP butterfly valves through 8”. Sizes above 8” do not require the stamp.
Common applications are in Waste Water treatment plants on Digester applications, Manufacturing and Process plants for gas shut off, Transport gas shut off, Organic waste digesters, Landfill gas recovery etc.

Hard coating is a process that applies a highly durable plating to the surface of metal components to increase strength and wear-resistance.
Many industrial applications use hard coating as an alternative to rarer or more expensive metals.
Advantages:
Hard coating can provide many advantages in industrial applications including increased hardness, scratch prevention, and an increased resistance to corrosion and abrasion. Hard coatings also have smoother surface finishes which can reduce friction.

The truck is known as “PURE AWESOMENESS!”
Dave Latcht, of VanZandt, sent us his 2021 Ford King Ranch F-450 Dully with a 6.7 Diesel Engine & a 10 Speed Automatic Transmission. It has every comfort feature you can put into a pickup along with the Ultimate King Ranch package.
He's added a 60 gallon Aux. Fuel Tank (1,400 miles between fill-ups) along with a brush guard, 5th Wheel Package and had the trim wrapped in Camo. Whenever he's asked “What are you going to haul with this truck?” The answer is "Anything I want to."
